Rigers is originally from Tirana, Albania, where he received his education from the University of Fine Arts, Tirana, Albania. He has spent his last 8 years tattooing and traveling to various places in Europe and the US.
 
Rigers takes inspiration from the Medieval and Victorian eras in his work.
 
Other styles of his include portraits, realism, and gothic. He mostly tattoos in black and grey.
